Preparation if key. No matter how good of a presenter you may be, our Partners can tell when a speaker does not prepare. So don't wait for the last minute.
In fact, if you feel that you will not be able to prepare well for the event, let us know. We can work with you to speak at a future gathering.

We’ll connect you with one of our speaking coaches, who will be available to assist with any questions you may have about the event, and help you prepare your presentation and two-page report.
Make sure to take advantage of their support early on. Waiting until the last minute to prepare, even for experienced speakers, will make a difference—trust us!

Along with your presentation (PowerPoint), we’ll need a headshot, your organization's logo, and a brief bio.
We use these materials to introduce you to our guests through pre-event emails, giving them a chance to get to know you in advance. These are among the first things we’ll need from you, so please prioritize submitting them as soon as possible.
Once you’re ready, you can upload your content by clicking the button below. Don't forget to submit your marketing material.

This includes your Headshot, Organization Logo, and Bio. Both the headshot and logo should be 512x512, PNG, JPG, or JPEG format.
You can upload your draft and final doc using this form. Be sure the file is a PDF format, and it is ONLY TWO PAGES.
You can upload your Powerpoint this form. Check the file format is 16:9 and self contained.

Yes, you can bring two guests with you. If you'd like to invite more ministry guests, please talk to your presentation coach and they can determine if this is possible.
However, if you are seeking to invite potential Partners to the event, you can invite as many as you'd like. As you can imagine, the more Partners we have in the room, the more opportunity for connections to happen. Which is the point of The Barnabas Group - Inland Empire.
We will have some table space available for you to promote your ministry to guests. Guests arrive at 5pm for checkin/networking. There is limited time to engage guests during the event, so we encourage you to be ready to network when guests arrive.
Depending on the venue, you may be setup outside. Be sure to prepare accordingly (wind, heat, cold).
If you feel that you will not be prepared enough for the event, you can certainly cancel or revoke your acceptance, but please keep in mind that it is unlikely that we will have time to invite another speaker. So this will certainly disrupt the event.
With that said, if you have any concerns, please be sure to address them with your presentation coach.
The Marketing Content is designed to help promote you and your ministry. So that our guests are prepared to get involved with your ministry, we send out emails throughout the weeks prior to the event to introduce each speaker. We include a graphic with your headshot and your bio. Additionally, the day of the event, we include your headshot and bio in the packet. (Emails contain a longer bio than the packet.)
If we don't receive your Marketing Content in time, it is possible that not only will your email not be sent, your highlight in the packet may not be included either.
